OTP verification means the lead confirms a one-time code before the submission is stored. SMS OTP supports India mobile numbers; email OTP works worldwide. Only submissions that complete this step are stored as leads.
No. You choose per form. Enable it where lead quality matters most — for example, demo requests or high-value downloads. Leave it off for simple newsletters or low-friction forms.

Pricing and Billing
Free is ₹0. Pro and Business are a one-time Razorpay payment, not a recurring subscription. The paid plan stays active for the validity period (30 days by default), then a one-day grace, then the account returns to Free unless you pay again.

Yes. You can buy Pro or Business when you need more leads, OTP, team seats, or webhooks. Your hub and data carry over. When the validity period ends, the account returns to Free.
Data Security and Privacy
Lead data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments. We use infrastructure and practices appropriate for business data.
Data in transit and at rest is encrypted. Access is limited and logged. We treat your leads as sensitive business data.
We design and operate with Indian data and privacy expectations in mind. You retain control of your data and can export or delete it when needed.
Setup and Onboarding
Most teams are live in minutes. Sign up, create a form, and share the link or embed. OTP and extra settings take only a few more steps.
We don't run a full migration service today, but export and CSV make it straightforward to move leads into LeadFormHub or out to another tool. Support can guide you.
